John is a flight test engineer with multiple engineering degrees and an MBA working full time in aviation and enjoys private flying, hiking, traveling and photography.

Kathi is a licensed esthetician and the owner of Mountain Lake Skin Care specializing in corrective skin care services. Originally founded on the eastside of Big Bear in 2003, Kathi recently moved her practice full time into this wellness spa. She holds degrees in Marketing, Health Services Management, Human Relations & Business and maintains certifications in nutrition with Standard Process, Metagenics and as a permanent cosmetics artist. Kathi was recently invited to become an advisory board member of American Career College.
